Garage
The focus of our garage program is designed for risks primarily engaged in the service, repair or parking of customer's automobiles. Coverage is not intended for owned automobiles.
Territory: Alabama and Georgia
| Garage Liability: | Up to $1,000,000 CSL
Bodily Injury and Property Damage

| Personal Injury: | Up to $1,000,000 |
| Fire Legal Liability: | $100,000 per Structure |
| *Maximum Garage Liability limit on Motorcycle, four-wheel driver, or off-road Repair/Service operations is $100,000 CSL |
Examples of Eligible Risks are:
- Body Shops
- Full Service Filling Stations
- Full Service Repair Garages
- Public Parking Facilities and Storage Garages
- Service Repair Shops
- Mobile Mechanics
- Car Washes
Minimum Premiums:
- Garage Liability:
- $400 per policy at $100,000 CSL
- $600 per policy at $300,000 CSL
- $750 per policy at $500,000 CSL
- $1,000 per policy at $1,000,000 CSL
A separate premium applies to those locations not contiguous to the main location.
Required Application - Accord Application including the receipts.

Garage Keepers Legal Liability
Class
Service Stations and Repair Garages - Risks primarily engaged in the servicing of customers' automobiles, including car washes.
Public Parking Facilities and Storage Garage - Risks primarily engaged in the parking and storage of customers' automobiles.
Coverage
Garagekeeper's Legal Liability covers the insured's legal liability for damage to customer's automobiles in the insured's care, custody, and control.
