CPL policies and umbrellas are available with standard or customized forms. Many accounts can be quoted and bound online.
High Valued Homeowners
Homes exceeding a $1,000,000 dwelling value are handled within this team. Admitted and non-admitted markets are available. High profile individuals come with a unique set of coverage needs. Our team of experts help protect the assets and the lifestyle of your high net worth clientele.
Manufactured Homes
Tenant-occupied, owner-occupied, secondary/seasonal residences and vacant homes are acceptable. Limits of up to $300,000. Challenges that are effectively solved within this department include: contents coverage on vacant and tenant occupied, any age home, PC 9 or 10, tiny homes, stationary travel trailers. Availability varies by state.
Flood
Our team assists with Primary and Excess Flood nationwide. Broad coverages are provided across all flood zones including CBRA. Most accounts can be quoted and bound online without an elevation certificate requirement.
Marine & Recreation
The Marine Team assists with toys, boats and floaters. Yachts and boats of all shapes and sizes are considered. Corporate & Trust titling accepted. Admitted and Non-Admitted policy forms available with liability limits up to $20 Million.
