Guidelines for Reporting:

  • Only one notice per loss - sending multiple times will create a backlog which will slow down processing.  We will send you a confirmation of receipt.
  • Provide as much information regarding severity as possible
  • Advise if the residence location is primary or secondary
  • A valid Date of Loss is required

Confirmation:

  • Upon submission of the electronic claim, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt. The company or the adjuster will contact the insured within 48 hours of assignment.  If you have not heard from them within this timeframe, please follow up.
